Problems Viewing / Printing An Online Document?
If you are experiencing problems viewing or opening Adobe Portable Document Files (PDF), please try the following approaches:
Ensure that you have the latest version of the free Acrobat reader installed on your computer. Download the latest version of the reader.
Try right-clicking on the link for the PDF document and choose “Save Target As” or “Save Link As” from the menu that appears. Follow the prompts to save the document on your computer. Go to the location where it was saved and double-click on the file name. This should start your version of Acrobat and it should open the file.
Try opening it from another web browser. The following are free to download:

If you have purchased an online business document from our purchase documents online system, and it says that it will not be available for 1-3 business days, you must wait for that amount of time until your document is uploaded. You will receive an email when your document is ready. In the email there will be a button that says ‘Continue’ that takes you to another page where there is a green ‘Download Now’ link that will allow you to download the pdf.
