My Password is Not Working; What Do I Do?
I forgot my password and need to reset it.

Visit https://login.ehawaii.gov/lala/account/retrieveSecretQuestion.lala and enter your email address. Answer your secret question then click 'OK.' If you do not know the answer call 808-695-4624 for further assistance. You will be emailed a temporary password.
Use the temporary password to login. Next you need to update your password. Click on "My Account" in the top right corner and click change password. This will bring you to the Change Password page. Type in the password you logged in with for the "Current Password" and then type your new password into "New Password" and "Re-enter Password". The password should be at least eight characters and should not be based on a dictionary word. It should contain one number, one letter, and one special character. If the strength of the password is acceptable you will see a green status bar on the screen. When you are done editing click Save. You should see update successful.
The new password I received isn't working.
- Passwords are caSe sENsitIVe. Type the new password in exactly as it is displayed in the email you received, including any upper or lower case letters.
- Do not copy and paste the password. Sometimes when you copy and paste, an additional space is created making the password invalid.
