When you are using your password, please type it in exactly as it is displayed. All passwords are case sensitive. Do not copy and paste the password. Sometimes when you copy and paste, an additional space is created making the password invalid. If you are still unable to log in using the password, you may retrieve a new one by clicking on "Retrieve Password" on the left side of the page. Enter your email address and click "Retrieve Password". You will be emailed a temporary password.
Once you have logged in with your temporary password, please be sure to click on "Modify Account Information" under the "Explore" menu on the left side of the page. Enter and confirm your new password, then scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your temporary password to update the changes. You will have then completed changing the password, and can go back to the service you were using.
