How Do I Link My Teaching License?
What does it mean to link my account?
To link your license you go to htsb.ehawaii.gov. Under new users, click "here." You will then be brought to a screen that allows you to create an ehawaii.gov account. You can answer no to the first question, you are not a subscriber. After that input all of your information. You will then be prompted to search for your license using the last four digits of your social security number, your last name, and your year of birth. If you have

- Under New Users, click "here".
- You will be directed to a screen that allows you to create an ehawaii.gov account. Select 'No, I just want to get setup to use this service' and click 'continue.'
- Enter all of the required fields and select 'Create account' at the bottom of the page.
- Click on 'Return to HTSB' and click 'here' under Registered Users.
- Enter the email and the password you created. You will then be prompted to search for your license using the last four digits of your social security number, your last name, and your year of birth.
- If you see your license information, select your record by clicking the small radio button to the right of your information and click continue. This will take you to your license.
