Submit Testimony
The “Submit Testimony Online” feature on the Legislature’s website restricts online testimony submittal before a measure is referred to committee to ensure that testimony will be transmitted to the appropriate entity. Once a measure is referred, you be able to submit testimony to the committee online. If a hearing notice has been filed, you may email your testimony directly to the committee; please check the hearing notice for the appropriate email address. In order to submit online testimony for a measure, that measure must currently be scheduled for hearing.
