At Hawai‘i Information Consortium (HIC), our goal is to bring government services to the people. We maintain and manage the official website for the State of Hawai‘i, eHawaii.gov. Our sole focus is to develop, manage, and maintain online applications, most of which are completed at NO cost to the State of Hawai‘i or its taxpayers.
